Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 September 2026
This page is a working draft and hasn't been reviewed yet. It isn't legal advice, and it may change before it takes effect.
These terms cover how you can use this website and what sending us an enquiry does and doesn't mean. They're written to be read. If anything is unclear, ask us.
01About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, which is run by Devshop(“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
02Using the site
You're welcome to browse the site and contact us through it. Please don't:
- Use it for anything unlawful, or to send spam or misleading information
- Try to break, overload, probe or get around its security
- Scrape or copy it in bulk, or use automated tools that disrupt it
- Submit someone else's personal details without their permission
We may block access for anyone who does.
03Enquiries aren't contracts
Sending us a message through the contact form, the “Start a build” chat, email or WhatsApp is only an enquiry. It doesn't create an agreement between us, and neither does our reply.
Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, price, timeline, payment terms and ownership of the work. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
04What the site says
The content on this site gives a general picture of how we work. Figures, timelines, example dashboards, statistics and quotes are illustrative. They aren't promises about your project.
What we commit to for your project, including how quickly we'll deliver it, is only what your written agreement says.
05Promo codes
- A promo code applies only on the terms we give you when we share it.
- Unless we say otherwise, codes can't be combined, have no cash value, and can be used once per project.
- We confirm whether a code applies when we agree the project. Entering one in a form doesn't guarantee a discount.
- We can withdraw or change a code before it has been applied to an agreement.
06Intellectual property
The site itself, including its text, design, illustrations, logo and code, belongs to us or our licensors. You can view and share links to it, but you can't copy, reuse or republish it without our permission.
Ownership of anything we build for a client is set out in that client's agreement.
07Third-party links and services
The site links to services we don't control, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn and X. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we're not responsible for their content or how they operate.
08No guarantees about the site
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or up to date, to the fullest extent the law allows.
09Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, that comes from using this website or relying on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited. Liability for client work is governed by the relevant client agreement, not by these terms.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them will be heard by the competent courts in India.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply to you.
